Jens Ritter is based in Deidesheim, Germany where he builds his instruments. Incomparable design, sound and playability are three of the reasons why he is one of the Foremost Luthiers in the world today. Jens started Ritter Instruments 12 years ago having learned his craftsman skills and knowledge from his father and grandfather. While the first 10 years saw him focus solely on Bass Guitars, recently Jens has added the Princess Isabella guitar to his range. Jens builds between 50 to 60 handmade instruments every year and his unique design has seen customers like Prince, Mary J.
